Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our services (tailored sleep training solutions are customized for each baby within the first week, and include a 4-6 week commitment from us), no refunds are given for services rendered or unused, and unused services are non-transferrable. You may qualify for a refund if services are canceled within 24-hours of confirmation, less a $300 processing fee. Refund requests can be sent to info@mommywise.com, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
