Mommywise in Chicago, IL
We understand the challenges of parenting and the frustration of trying other sleep training methods that didn’t work. We have the expertise and experience to help you make the changes that will ensure your baby sleeps well.
We offer a unique and effective approach that combines in-home coaching, real-time feedback, and four weeks of follow-up. We work with you to create a sleep training plan that suits your baby’s age, personality, and history. We stay with you for 72 hours and help you implement the plan, adjusting it as needed based on our observations and knowledge. In 3-4 days, your baby will be sleep trained. It won’t be flawless, but we will be there to guide you through any difficulties for the next 4 weeks. We love seeing how happy and rested babies and parents are after their first full night of sleep, and we’d love to help you achieve that too!
Great sleep is a luxury for adults, but for children, it’s a necessity. We are forever grateful to Mommywise for helping us obtain both of those things.
– Dr. Diana Haddad, Pediatric MD

Shred415
Founded in 2011 by Chicago fitness professionals Bonnie Micheli and Tracy Roemer. Bonnie and Tracy, who have lived next to each other for a long time and are friends, wanted to develop a workout that combined serious cardio and strength training while catering to the needs of those who lead busy lives. They developed a concept that offers much more than a workout—it offers a family-friendly, athletic environment where people of all fitness levels can come together to achieve their goals. They combined their 25 years of experience as fitness industry experts and their shared vision for a more inclusive experience.
